Barthe DeClements
Barthe Declements is a published children’s author and wrote many books. She was born in Seattle, Washington in 1920.
She went to Western Washington College and the University of Washington in Seattle. She had a column in the local newpaper when she was 16, a stint with a humor magazine. The author of over a dozen titles. Her first book was Nothing's fair in Fifth Grade which was published in '81. The novel won several state children's choice awards. She also wrote 1 biography about herself.
