  • She wrote her first book at age seven called “Teddy Bear in the Woods.”
  • Roller-skating was her favorite way to pass time.
  • She also liked to ride her bike, play cards and piano, swim, read, and board games or hang out with friends.
  • She likes to visit her dog Desi, and watch lizards that wander in.
  • Her little house is her favorite place to be.
  • Every once in a while she will get a rude awakening from a near by avocado tree in her yard.
  • After working in St. Louis, Missouri and Chicago, Illinois, she moved to southern California.
  • When Disney Channel was started, she became a writer/ story editor for WELCOME TO POOH CORNER, MADELINE, DOUG, BOBBY’S WORLD, DUMBO’S CIRCUS, THE PUZZLE PLACE, CAMP CANDY, LITTLE MOUSE ON THE PRARIE, WHERE’S WALDO, FRAGILE ROCK, and ZOOBILEE ZOO.   • She wrote the movie MARY CHRISTMAS.


  • She has 2 stepdaughters Rebeca and Anna who are talented artists and graphic designers.
  • She also has 1 son Walshe who graduated from Boston Collage In 2006.
  • One granddaughter Tobias Rose
